This is one method of leading the Jummuah Khutbah according to the Sunnah. Others are available.
"May the peace, mercy, and blessings of Allah be upon you all."
Given by the Mu'adhdhin (caller to prayer).
"Indeed, all praise is due to Allah. We praise Him, seek His help, and ask His forgiveness. We seek refuge in Allah from the evils of ourselves and from the bad deeds of our actions. Whomsoever Allah guides, none can misguide; and whomsoever He leaves astray, none can guide. I bear witness that there is no deity worthy of worship except Allah, alone without any partners, and I bear witness that Muhammad is His servant and Messenger."
This verse emphasizes the importance of fearing Allah and remaining steadfast in faith until death. "O you who have believed, fear Allah as He should be feared and do not die except as Muslims [in submission to Him]." [Quran 3:102]
This verse reminds humanity of their common origin and the importance of maintaining family ties. "O mankind, fear your Lord, who created you from one soul and created from it its mate and dispersed from both of them many men and women. And fear Allah, through whom you ask one another, and the wombs. Indeed, Allah is ever, over you, an Observer." [Quran 4:1]
This verse highlights the importance of speaking justly and the rewards of obedience to Allah and His Messenger. "O you who have believed, fear Allah and speak words of appropriate justice. He will amend for you your deeds and forgive you your sins. And whoever obeys Allah and His Messenger has certainly attained a great attainment." [Quran 33:70-71]
"To proceed: the best of speech is the Book of Allah, and the best guidance is the guidance of Muhammad ﷺ. The worst of affairs are newly invented matters, and every innovation is a misguidance, and every misguidance leads to the Fire."
"I say this statement of mine, and I seek forgiveness from Allah for myself and for you; so seek His forgiveness. Indeed, He is the Most Forgiving, the Most Merciful."
[Brief pause as the Khatib sits]
"In the name of Allah, the Most Gracious, the Most Merciful. All praise is due to Allah, Lord of all the worlds. May peace and blessings be upon the Messenger of Allah, and upon his family and all his companions."
"Indeed, Allah confers blessing upon the Prophet, and His angels [ask Him to do so]. O you who have believed, send blessings upon him and salute him with all respect." [Quran 33:56]
"O Allah, send your blessings upon Muhammad and upon the family of Muhammad, as You sent blessings upon Ibrahim and upon the family of Ibrahim. Indeed, You are Praiseworthy and Glorious."
"Our Lord! Grant us good in this world and good in the Hereafter, and protect us from the punishment of the Fire." [Quran 2:201]
"And establish the prayer."
